Why the paper can be heat seal without PE Laminated and PE Composited?

It is a new teachnical,  composed of special customized base paper and water soluble heat sealing coating, after being accurately coated by the coating machine, the paper can be heat seal after hot press process. Can replace the traditional plastic packaging.

These green heat sealing paper we have done the authoritative testings, like SVHC test according to REACH, FDA test, Food contact security test and biodegradable test. In the biodegradability test, the biodegradability of compost was 90.1% in 103 days.

If the package machine need to be modified to meet our biodegradable paper package?

No need, your package machine no need to change to meet our paper package, just need to set the heat sealing temperature a litter higher than the film as the paper heat transfer is slower than film. In order to meet different package machines requirement, our recyclable biodegradable heat sealing paper can be offered in paper roll, pre made bag and guessted paper tube,too.

More Base Paper Option:

For the base paper we have four options,flat surface in white color, flat surface in brown color, sandy matt surface in white color and sandy matt surface in brown color. For the base pape, we have 28gsm, 30gsm, 40gsm,60gsm,80gsm and 100gsm for your choosing.

Our Advantage:

1.From base paper and the whole production line (coating, printing,cutting and bag making) are done by ourselves. We have our own paper mill, coating machines, printing machines,cutting machines and bag making machines. So we can control the quality by ourselves and cut lot of process cost for you.

2. In order to cut down the cost, we can postioning coating, which area need be heat seal, we coat these area.

3. Beside the basis heat sealing materials coating, we still have many other function coatings, like soft coating, waterproof coating and so on. All these coatings materials are belong to environmetal friendly water solube materials.
