Why the paper can be heat seal without PE Laminated and PE Composited?

Green plastic free biodegradable paper bags,mainly composed of special customized base paper and water soluble heat sealing coating, after being accurately coated by the coating machine, after hot press the paper can be heat seal. Can replace the traditional plastic packaging.

These green heat sealing paper we have done the authoritative testings, like SVHC test according to REACH, FDA test, Food contact security test and biodegradable test. In the biodegradability test, the biodegradability of compost was 90.1% in 103 days.

If the package machine need to be modified to meet our biodegradable paper package?

No need, your package machine no need to change to meet our paper package, just need to set the heat sealing temperature a litter higher than the film as the paper heat transfer is slower than film. In order to meet different package machines requirement, our recyclable biodegradable heat sealing paper can be offered in paper roll, pre made bag and guessted paper tube,too.
