Why without PE plastic, the paper can be heat sealed?
It is belong to pure paper material, why can it be heat sealed? How do you make paper heat-sealable?
The answer is we coat a green water soluble heat sealing materials on the surface of the paper. Through heat and pressure, the paper can be heat-sealed. The heat sealing coating area can be full of the paper or part of the paper which can cut down the cost and improve the degradation rate. Our non plastic paper can work on a semi automatic packing machine or Fully automatic package machine. We have our bag making machines, we can offer you gusset pouches or pre made pouch,too.
