Green Biodegradable Plastic Free Sanitary Liner Paper Wrapping Package

A new special customized green paper wrapper for sanitary napkin, sanitary pad and sanitary liner. This paper wrapper have the heat seal and release functions that through precise discontinuous coating heat sealable silk fibroin and releasable silicone on one surface of high tough base paper. By doing so, the packaging wrapper is not only releasable, but also heat sealable. The product can replace the traditional release film, release fabric or structure of release paper+adhesive+packaging film of the sanitary napkin.

Precise Discontinuous Coating Teachnical:

Our small release‑paper pouches are widely applied to easy‑open tab packaging for sanitary napkins.Through precise intermittent positional coating, the middle section is coated with solvent‑free silicone oil to achieve the release effect, with this section measuring 70 mm in width.Both side sections are coated with heat‑sealable material. This material is water‑soluble, eco‑friendly, with each side at 22.5 mm in width.Therefore, the total width of our complete packaging is 130 mm.This is our standard size. We are able to support custom sizes upon your request.

4.Technology Innovation: replacement of traditional structure of release paper+adhesive+packaging film,  or release film/release lamination. reducing process complexity. for the original structure, the three-point glue displacement, the folding of the release paper, and the opening of the sealing release film have been improved.

Both commonly-used easy-peel tab sealing and line glue sealing availbale on the market can be applied to our sanitary napkin heat sealing release paper pouch.Each sanitary napkin width, we will print a synchmark, this synchmark is on the outside the wrapper that opposite side of silicone area. So your machine have to have the positioning cutting function.
